Cuts By Mase is by appointment ONLY. CBM is utilizing the guidelines for COVID-19 mandated by Govoner DeWine as well as the state of Ohio Barber and Salon industry. Clients are to wear masks and adhere to six feet of social distancing with exception of client to employee for services. During appointments that only clients with appointments be in the building for their service, children appointments need to be accompanied by a caregiver. If you are showing signs of a fever or other symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Tardiness Policy

I truly value your time and our time together. To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I’ve put a few gentle reminders in place regarding appointment timing:

1. On-Time Arrivals: I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you find that you may be running late, please give me a quick call to let me know.

2. Grace Period: I understand that life can be unpredictable! I offer a grace period of 10 minutes. If you happen to arrive more than 10 minutes late, you must reschedule your appointment so that I can give all my clients the attention they deserve.

3. Rescheduling: Should you arrive after the grace period, I’ll do my best to accommodate you by finding a new appointment time, depending on my availability.

4. Frequent Late Arrivals: If tardiness becomes a pattern, you will be suggested to seek grooming services elsewhere.
